- Hard disk with 5 GB or more available space
- Memory/RAM 4GB or more
- Display with 1280 x 768 screen resolution
- Printer – a low-end laser or ink jet printer is recommended (keep the rest of that bullet point, I’m just adding the ink jet information)
- Requires Microsoft Office 365:
- Outlook for emails
- Word (for personalized letters to property owners on your letterhead).
- Excel used with Email MergePro to send personalized emails
